    BX2380 rear ballast weight

Enough depends on what and how you're carrying in front. I know with the backhoe on my BX (same as yours) I can't lift anything heavy enough to make the rear light. Backhoe is somewhere above 600lbs? Plus a lot of the weight is carrier further out from the rear wheels (the further out it is the...

    Cold Roll Industrial Bucket(s) Review

Very pretty! Part of me had a hard time dropping them on the pavement and stacking them together. I had to remind myself what they're for. Rock bucket should be less than 200lbs for the series 1/2 54 inch (series 1/2 60 is listed at 195 lbs). Stump bucket is 145 I believe? I got the rock...

Am I too OCD or should I flush/clean my SQ480 gearbox?

If you have rust particles suspended in the oil it should be drained and filled until the oil is clean. That's not ocd, that's common sense.:)

    Cold Roll Industrial Bucket(s) Review

Link to rock bucket. I got the 20 inch deep 54 inch. They list the 20/60 at 195 lbs. So the 20/54 should be lighter than that. https://coldrollindustrial.com/products/compact-tractor-attachments/rock-and-skeleton-buckets/ Stump bucket. I obviously got the 32 inch. It's much larger in person...

    Cold Roll Industrial Bucket(s) Review

Couple more pictures. I'll try to add links later. I got their rock bucket because the sides are removable for larger loads.

    Cold Roll Industrial Bucket(s) Review

I just received 2 buckets I ordered from CRI. A stump bucket and a rock bucket. I haven't had a chance to try them out yet, just unload. They look great at first glance.

    Loader/quicktach earth auger...how much flow?

16 GPM? If so plenty to run the SA10. Or some other brand.

    Loader/quicktach earth auger...how much flow?

Your third function should have the same flow as the rest of your tractor. I would suggest a third function vs a diverter valve. More flexible. I don't know the specs for your M, but it definitely has enough to run one. I have the Land Pride SA10 on my BX. I believe it needs 4 - 8 GPM, my BX...

    New here BX 2380 question

For a BX, personally I would rather have liquid ballast than wheel spacers. I believe the manual recommends you don't use wheel spacers on the BX but I can't say for sure off the top of my head. And I think it takes quite an angle to actually tip these (the BX is lower to the ground than other...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

Negative sir! At least for the BX. FlipPad makes those for Kubota. I called them for a price before contacting the dealer. FlipPad wanted over double what the dealer charged me for the exact same parts. Even before shipping. I covered this in the thread I linked.

Digging In Garden With BXpanded Trenching Bucket?

Got something in the mail today. Significantly faster than I expected! I won't get a chance to mount any of it until at least the weekend.

Got Some New Shoes For The Backhoe

Just to close this out, I finally installed these last weekend. I did have to grind the paint out of the pin holes, plus maybe a slight bit more, before the pins would slide through. It's nice to not gouge my driveway with the stabilizer feet. But the backhoe still pulls the whole tractor...

What did you do to or on your Kubota today?

They would tear up my driveway. All metal. And these are larger. Link to thread about the new feet. https://www.orangetractortalks.com/forums/threads/got-some-new-shoes-for-the-backhoe.65790/#post-670920

So I Ordered Augers From Everything Attachments

I bet naming that took a lot of effort. :P There was a guy in town that bought a tree covered lot to build a house on (roughly 1/4 acre). Turned out to be on a knob of rock and he had to blast to put his foundation in. When I drove past, it looked like a miniature rock quarry.

Digging In Garden With BXpanded Trenching Bucket?

If the BX/BT603 can handle a 16 in bucket I'd love one. I have my doubts, I end up pulling the tractor around a lot with the 12 in bucket. I've got roots everywhere. And rocks in some spots. A guy at work has an older BX 20 yrs?) and he said it works better with a smaller than 12 inch bucket...

So I Ordered Augers From Everything Attachments

Right?! It only looks that way. We've had a LOT of rain lately. The ground is soaked. I haven't found many large rocks, but lots of smaller ones (fist size down), and sand/gravel/clay. The picture where the auger is full of dirt, and the 2 of the tractor; to dig there by hand you need a...
