you really,really NEED the diagrams of how it's put together. assuming you have the wheel/tire off... there's probably a big snapring that has to come off,then the vertical shaft and gears will drop down, allowing the 'bevel gear case' (the chunk that turns the wheel...)to come off . it's dang...

So if the dash lights 'follow' the switches ( light up) then the switches are OK. If you jumper the starter relay and the starter spins, the relay is good. on the OPC connector, if you jumper the B/R wire(pin 1 of connector) from the starter relay to pin 6 ( red/wht), relay should click. Pin 6...

The problem I have is the starting.PDF( whitetiger supplied ) doesn't show any wiring from the switches to the dash lights..... Now if the dash lights are 'true' then it sounds like the OPC module could be bad.... but without a proper wiring diagram, I can't say for sure.

FYI..... My garage is 50*F and the BX23S needs 5 steamboats of glowplugs to reliably start. Your owner's manual should have a chart of glowplug time vs temperature unless some 'computer' controls it.

After seeing about 'computer' problems with these new machine, I suggest keeping a real 'maintainer' on the battery 24/7.

re: Not necessary if you have more of the same filament, the printer has a filament out sensor and automatically pauses the print when the filament suns out. yes....they stop working, so when you get up next morning expecting the object to be DONE it isn't.:mad:
