pilot valves go for $50 to $200, you need to KNOW flow and pressure of YOUR tractor's hydraulics as well as what the cylinder needs... details , it's all in the 'details'....

I prefer to use the forklift for loading/unloading. It's better designed (smoother on the controls,rear weight). I use the pallet forks on the BX23S but man it's not 'silky smooth'.... For sure you'll need a LOT of rear ballast ! Something I always assume is their.

if you go 'saltwater' your electric bill will go up ! It's takes a LOT of electrons to break NaCl into Na and Cl. if I still had my pool, I'd be tossing some 'water softener' pellets into the skimmer every few days... same result but a lot cheaper (aka FREE ).

re: They spec with 2.5" cylinders which if I went on my own I would probably get 2" cylinders because of availability. There's a huge difference in capability between 2.5 and 2" cylinders AND be sure to see the ram shaft diameter spec as it affects power in one direction. Perhaps the 2"...
