    Greased the FEL today...

They are John Deere yellow, not Kubota orange, so they must be inferior! ;) I would never use an inferior product on my Orange Kubota!

    Greased the Kubota yesterday.

I greased the Kubota with my new DeWalt 20 volt grease gun, but I am torn between using black grease or red grease. The black goes better with the Orange color of the tractor, and the red grease clashes with the orange of the tractor. I am also considering changing to blue grease. What color...

    Greased the FEL today...

Personally, I don't care for greasy nipples, but I won't judge you if that is your preference.

fully submerged rtv x900 return to life

Once you get the terminals cleaned up, spray them with a product called PDRP by Spray-On, a Sherwin Williams company. PDRP is a fancy way of saying cosmoline, the stuff that the government sprays on anything that they want to be waterproof. I have a friend that uses it extensively on his...

Moving 3rd Function Buttons on Joystick?

That is a very expensive button switch if you have to replace it from Kubota. Lucky for us, someone much wiser than I found the OEM switch for just under $11.00...

    Greased the FEL today...

It is a very greasy subject that I choose not to get into for fear of the slippery slope ahead. :)

    Sale of tractor taxes

Would you get all this free medical care if you were 80 years old? Most socialized medicines discriminate against the elderly in favor of treating the young.

    Running rough

Treat your fuel with a dose of Service Power with every fill-up. Never had a problem with my tractor in the 18 years that I had the old one, and I used a lot of Service Power in the fuel. I never measured, just gave it a generous splash and it never let me down. I bought a bottle of 911...

    B2772 63” snowblower question

I always ran my blower at WOT once the tractor was warmed up. Diesel engines don't like low RPMs and thrive on high RPMs. It burns a little more fuel, but it is healthier for the engine.

    Daily Chuckle

If shake and bake is your choice, can handle that also. Do you want an urn, or is a peanut butter jar OK? If you would like to be preserved in concrete, for a fee to the mob, that can be arranged. :)

Moving 3rd Function Buttons on Joystick?

Find the power wire, and install a switch to turn it off when you don't need it. Problem solved.

    Back Hoe tie down

If you know what it looks like, and they are not willing to sell it to you, then make one on your own. Wherever you buy your steel, will probably cut it for you to the correct dimensions, and all you have to do is drill some holes. If you need a part welded on, then there are lots of welders...

Moving 3rd Function Buttons on Joystick?

Where do you turn the 3rd function power on from? Is it the little button just forward of the loader stick?

Just bought a repo BX23S on auction (title edited)

I got a copy of the installation instructions for this accessory, and to use it on the BX23S will require scrapping the hard lines that come with the kit and using rubber hoses and relocation of the remotes to the outside of the ROPS instead of the inside of the ROPS as intended by Kubota. I...

The reality of selling a late model used Kubota in today's market.

New Mexico does not have a sales tax. It has a gross receipts tax instead. This tax is imposed on persons engaged in business in New Mexico. In almost every case, the person engaged in business passes the tax to the consumer either separately stated or as part of the selling price.

Looking for a B2672 Snow blade

I already have the snowblower, but it isn't that good for a 1" snowfall. If I don't remove that 1" then the driveway becomes all ice and the cars don't like ice, especially at the bottom of the driveway where there is a very large tree at the corner where it makes a 90-degree turn.
