just took del. of a new b3200 & wasn't impressed with the fel seems like lack of bucket force , had a smaller green machine that would dig twice what this one will dig, anyone have simmiler problem or know how to increase the digging force

Yup had the Same problem. Bought a pressure gauge for the hydraulics and it was only reading 1700 psi. So I beefed it up to 2250psi by adding washers to the loader valve behind the rear right wheel.
Disconnect the loader hydraulics put the pressure gauge on one of those fittings depending which one move the loader lever and read the pressure gauge. The shims I bought from kubota 50 cents each I think. Mine took 4 to bring it up
You should not have to shim the PRV on a brand new machine IMHO, make the dealer test the pressure and adjust it to the high end of the factory specs.
