I am fairly new to the tractor world and trying to find out the best rear blade for snow removal on my B21. Any suggestions?

Couple points.

Rear blades don't do that great of a job of clearing snow.
If you have a FEL, that and a snow bucket or blade on it will work much better.
If you want to stay with a 3 point Blade get one that has the floating pads or shoes on it, it will help you from digging in too deep.

I would say a 6 footer would be your best bet. If you are only going to use it for snow, then any of them, but if you are going to do some dirt work, get something that is medium duty. And I agree, skid shoes for the blade make things waaaaaaaaaay better. ;)

I like that blade with the wings/skids
I might actually keep the stones in the driveway with that.
