New cylinder head, ejector bodies, and fuel filter. When completely warmed up it has no power. Any help would be appreciated.

Well your problem is quite obvious...
You must be working on a Chinese knock off unit, because we only work with Kubota's around here!
:ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO: :ROFLMAO:

Why did you do a Cylinder head replacement?
Does it overheat?

Did you do a compression test before or after the cylinder head replacement?

Where did you get the injectors from?

Does it smoke when it does this?
And if it does what color?

Does it bog down or just low RPM?

Have you checked the air filter and housing?

Have you checked for good fuel flow from fuel tank to inj pump???????

Is fuel tank venting? I'll advise as a test to operate engine with shop towel covering fuel tank neck.

Sorry for the miss spell

The power problem started when the Excavator became stuck in a small creek. Before we could get it out it came a hard rain and water got in the hydraulic system. It was three days before we got it out and the hydraulic system was drained several times washing out with diesel fluid (might have been a (bad idea).

It was running hotter than normal and blowing bubbles at the radiator cap.
I put a new Kubota cylinder with new valves, and injector bodies.
Engine runs cool now and sounds really good with plenty of power until it starts warming up.
When cold it will track good on second speed, but as it warms up It will barely move in track low speed
All hydraulics seem to put a load on the engine. It will bog down and dye.

Compression over 400 on each cylinder.
Fuel straight from tank to inline pump.
Air filter removed for testing.

I am also consulting with a Kubota shop supervisor.

Thanks

I connected the line from the tank to the electric inline pump.
I will try that today. Did not think of that one. Thanks.

Yikes...
So not sure if it's the engine bogging down and not powering the hydraulic pumps
Or if it's the hydraulic pumps locking up dragging the engine down.
