A back blade will be useless on that road in my opinion, so will a land plane.

And I doubt your BX will handle a land plane.
I fully agree. I have a 5' blade that hasn't been out of the shed in 15 years or more. Complete was of money in my opinion.
On the other hand, a good quality box scrape to me is almost as handy as having a FEL. Aside from the loader my box is on my tractor more than any other implement I have. If your tractor is used for any kind of dirt or rock relocating you need a box scrape.

Lots a quality brands on the market. I have a Bushhog brand and have been completely happy with it in every way. Starting it's 14th season of service and has never failed me once. :D

Happier than a 3-year old with a new Tonka!

Also picked up a 4' adjustable back blade, Rhino 200 for $50.00 it must be worth that in scrap. I'll give it a shot, then probably buy a Woods box scraper.

The back blade works great in the winter time to remove snow off your driveway. You can angle it to where it wont cut so deep and remove the snow and not relocate a ton of stone in the driveway.
