Looks great! What was your setup for wet blasting?
I bought this wet sandblaster from amazon 29.99 it snaps into your pressure washer wand, use playsand get the same color bag that I have because there is another playsand that has bigger sand particles in it and it will clog. I drilled a hole in a bucket lid so the sand wont get wet, if wet it will clog up. Sandblast really quick, when finished blow off with air hose or leaf blower and wipe down and you will not get any rust, then spray primer and let set a couple days and paint with Kubota paint quart can. I found out the paint dries to a touch in 4 hours but takes a week to dry hard. My washer is 3300 PSI you need at least 2800 PSI

Awesome results for such a small outlay! (After already having a pressure washer, of course. :))

Thank you for your reply! I have the same setup as you. It works but I find it to be on the slow side compared to air blasting. How long did it take you to blast it?

About 45 minutes, it cuts an 1-1/2" wide. 3300 PSI cuts quick.
I have a HF large air sandblaster and it barely cuts an 1/8 inch path and I had to keep going over it to get that. It took me an hour and a half just to blast the black gear cover with air sandblaster.
I have a large smoker I'm going to wet sandblast the fire box next, it is 3/8 thick with just surface rust.

Once again thanks for the reply. I was using black beauty for the media. That’s some pretty aggressive stuff. Might have to give your sand a try. Not sure what the pressure is on my power washer but I will look that up in the manual tomorrow.
