OK. I probably lead a sheltered life but never heard of these before. I saw one parked outside the church when I went to pick up Sweet Pea after Bible School.
You must be nearly as old as I am.....I vaguely recall folks putting washing machine motors on bicycles to make a poor man’s motorcycle back when washing machines used small gasoline or kerosene motors. Of course that was back when most of the roads where I grew up weren’t paved and not everyone had electricity.
With the advances in technology, the drill makes sense as a replacement.
