ONLY concrete about $40K + 13% taxes
$125 a yard, ,300 yards +-, usually plus though...
PLUS labour to 'make it smooth'......

Is it high enough to handle the tall pieces of equipment? Not wide enough to hold a DC7. My guess is about 14 feet of side walls. I'm jealous that I don't have one that nice. My wife told me a few weeks ago that I should have built a pole barn. I told her she should have said something sooner than 40 years after I wanted one.

Looks like poor access to be used as an equipment shed. You would have to move many pieces of equipment out then back in, to get to what you needed parked in the middle of it.

24 ft walls. Strapping is usually 2 ft on center. Why would someone build that big with wood

By the look of the fields behind it, I bet it is a hay barn. Don't need side doors for hay storage!
