BX1880 High Pitched Whine in hydrostatic transmission

Hi Folks, probably a rookie question….i have a used 2022 BX1880 with 36 hours. Never having a hydrostatic Kubota before, is it normal for there to be a high pitched whine in n the hydrostatic when driving the tractor? I did add about 1/2 pint of Super UDT2 to bring it up from the bottom of the stick to the top, but that didn’t seem to affect the whine. Thanks in advance.

When you do change the hydraulic fluid per the prescribed interval the whine will decrease.

Not necessarily.
No change in mine with new SUDT.

Someone mentioned when they raised their hyd pressure the whine decreased.
One of these days I'll check that out.
