Tires keep deflating

I am running the machine fairly hard using front bucket

Front tires keep deflating

Is there a way that I can put tires on it that dont deflate?

I would clean everything up as best you can then try some of this stuff.

I got some yesterday when I was at the dealer.

All the guys said it was a great product and I have heard good things about it, so I decided to give it a whirl.

I hope it works, cause it ain't cheap.

80 bucks for the gallon......I think the quart was 24'ish.

Buy better quality tires. The problem with the OEM front tires that come with the tractor is that the sidewall is insufficient for the amount of weight that your tractor is capable of lifting. I have the same issue with my BX23S. When I get around to replacing them I am going to replace them with over-the-road tires that have better sidewalls and carrying capacity. Some trailers use the same size tires as the front tires on your Kubota. Look for a 6 or 8-ply tire.

Lists all sorts of SLOW SPEED uses THEN specifically says ...'Use only as an emergency fix for light duty high speed tires'.

so... if I can ONLY use for temp fix, fast tires WHY the chart of NHS uses ?????

OK, clean tires and rims really,really well, install tubes, max out air to rating on tire sidewall.
If you decide to stay tubeless, use a good 'rim.bead sealer' and +5PSI air.

Looks to me there's not just a deflated tire, but a completely missing tire!!

Looks like a wheelbarrow tire being used on a loader tractor?

Judging by your substitute wheel lug bolts with three different bolt/nut/washer combinations you have an operator problem

Tires better suited for FEL and heavy loads would likely fix the problem. Your wheel(s) that have puked tires, I'd imagine they're scarred on the interior lip. They should be cleaned, painted, then sanded to smooth the anomalies. For better bead sealing.

Also, running in slick, muddy, hard-pack-rutted areas has tendency to push/pull on the sidewalls. These areas compound tires getting knocked off their beads.

Maybe you need BeadLock Wheels, they're purpose built.

That tire that came off, was "8 ply". Yes, I will look for another wheel/tire combo. Is it possible to put bigger wheels/tires on the fronts?

Somehow the rears have held up. They're pretty thick, I think even a nail going through it would not puncture it.

But yes so far I'll look into:

tubes for the fronts

maybe bigger wheel/tire combos on the front

What i would like to do: get a bigger rim/tires on the front

It's a four lug pattern

Put bigger wheel/tires on the fronts, with tubes

after trecking through mud day after day looking for the tire inflator, running the extension cord etc

Eventually, get tired of all that and just need to get some work done irregardless of what the tire is doing

Yes I think you are correct - pushing/pulling on the side walls while the bucket is carving earth, eventually tears them apart

This machine is mostly intended for lawnmowing, not FEL work

but that being said, it is a mini tank, and only the front tires have given me problems

Those are the exact wheel/tires that come with the bx1500

I'll look into putting on it a bigger wheel, bigger tire, and tube

You can’t just toss bigger tires on there. It will mess with the 4wd operation.

Those look like turf tires, most of them are very thin sidewall. Might look into a set of r4 tread in the correct size. And always be sure to be at max pressure on the tire sidewall when doing FEL work.
