Arms for mower attachment will not come down

I have a BX2380 and was getting ready to attach the mowing deck. I cannot get the rear arms to drop down. I have done everything I know to do.

Did you check the valve that controls the rate the 3ph lowers?
If that was closed, it would prevent the 3ph and thus the mower arms from lowering.
Looking at the knob, you would want to turn it counter clockwise.

Is the mowing height knob set to top? If so, raise 3pt all the way up and click knob off the top setting.

I did. Opened it up all the way still no drop of the arms. Turned the adjustment height knob knob to 1 while holding the the 3 pt in up position and then tried to lower. Still will not go down. I tried manually pulling down while someone held the lever in the down position. Nothing.

Problem solved but not fixed. Does anyone know what part number this pin would be. I’m missing the one on the other side.
