Is there a difference in service manuals?

Are the service manuals that Messicks sells real Kubota manuals? I thought they were until I came across one on ebay for alot more $$$.... well, another 80 bucks- For a b7200.. thanks guys. Man these things are expensive-

Yes there is. Just as with cars and bikes there is the mfgr's manual then there is the aftermarket manuals. In the aftermarkets there are good and just junk. Getting one that helps is key.

The manuals that I purchased (for the L185) from Messicks appear to be "xerox" copies of the original manuals. The pictures are not that clear any longer, but they are the original.

I think it is interesting that in the parts manual there is a key to notes that are all on one page. The notes page is in Japanese so I have no idea what they say.
