Are any of you running cruise control in your UTV/RTV/ATV for spraying? I'm waiting on a RTV X1100C that I ordered and plan to put a cruise control in it to make life a little easier when spraying. I ordered the MCCruise system and was wondering if anyone else is running that. IF so are you happy with it?

curious... how do they sense actual ground speed and do they 'link' it to the spray rate ?
I don't have mine yet but by reading my understanding is the cruise control unit adjusts the speed electronically. It is specifically made for the RTV X1100c, gets installed electronically into the vehicle and supposedly does a nice job keeping the speed consistent even over reasonably rough terrain. I ordered mine with the spray option but I believe that only turns the sprayer off when you disengage cruise control. The unit then turns the sprayer back on when you resume or reengage the cruise control. Doing the math or spray rate is probably on me to figure out (gallons per minute nozzle at X speed to deliver X gallons per acre).
