LX3310 ROPS with rear blower

I posted before and got some super helpful tips. However, I have run into a weird one. I installed 3" wheel spacers on my rear wheels today so I would have lots of clearance for tire chains. I reinstalled the snow blower and it will not lower to the ground. I would say it is happy about 1.5" off the garage floor. This doesn't make any sense to me since a wheel spacer just puts the wheels out further it doesn't effect the height. I am attaching a couple pictures of where things are at now.

What seems to be happening is the lower link is hitting the metal stop on the tractor when trying to lower further. I have already moved to the closer hole on the lower links which made a big difference. However, on the controls I can only get to "5" before I hit the stops. If I could get the lower links to ride out further on the shaft they wouldn't hit the stop but I assume they go where they want?

Does anyone have any ideas? I saw in the manual that that the CAB version has adjustable lower link ends. Is the LX just that much higher off the ground?

I'd have thought you should have a spacer between the lower link and the rockshaft section.I've never seen a lower link allowed to have 2-3 inches of freedom, maybe 1/8-1/4" maximum.
If you put spacer then link then lynch pin, it'd properly move to the ground.

I'm only guessing as your setup is different than mine but those 2 bushings you have zip tied to the blower should they go here?

I can't say for sure what I'm looking at, but it seems there is room for the lower link that's closer to the axle to be more outward based on the pin length. Did you possibly bump them over?

You should definitely have spacers where the others suggested. My LX2610 has the brackets for the mid mount mower there but you can see where the three point hitch arms should be.

I noticed on Messicks there is a spacer that can be put on the shaft for the lower link. I'm pretty sure they came zip tied to the 3 point assembly. I bet these spacers keep the lower links out far enough to not his the stops. Thoughts?

You can probably get those spacers at Tractor Supply. Is teh top hole where the top link should be for a rear blower ?

He has the spacers, they are zip tied to the lift rods.

Thank you everyone. This fourm is awesome. The spacers were zip tied to one of the arms. I didn't see them mentioned in the manual. However, I now have them installed and everything is SO much better now.
