I have a bx2380 kubota, Mower deck, I engage the mower, mow for about an hour and the pto turns off and starts and stops from then on. Once it’s cool awhile it does it again.

There's a WSM available at Kubotabooks. The engagement valve is manual, not electric, so it's not an electrical issue. Is there anything preventing full motion of the lever? The WSM has a procedure for checking the PTO clutch pressure.
Edit - have you by chance recently changed the fluid and filter(s)? Did you use Kubota fluid? Have you checked the fluid level?
