Just got a call from my local service manager. He is sending a tech, the one I requested even, to the house to look at the damage and make sure they get all the parts.
Am so impressed with their efforts with this tractor. They didn't set it up, though their mother dealership did. Nobody's perfect but they are really trying with me. I apologized for being such a bother and for not noticing this last issue. As always, he was super nice.
One of my main requests was an in person visit and inspection, and for the work to be done here. I knew that was a lot to ask, but I may get it. I hate for my tractor to be "in the shop," which may mean out in the weather and to be there longer than necessary when I could be using it.
