Tire Chains and Clearance

I recently bought tire chains for my B8200E and noticed during the test fit, the chains are real close, practically touching, the lower link adjusters of the 3-Point. They are also close to the inner fender. Does anyone know if there are wheel spacers available to fix this problem? 1"-2" would do the trick.

I have Ind. Turf tires 13.6-16 6Lug

Here is a quote from Service Department Vic in response to a similar question I posted a few months ago

You may want to consider pullling the set pins on those rear wheels, switch them side to side (tire valves to the inside) and adjusting the rear wheels to their maximum width. You may have to unbolt the hub part to effect the change, but they are designed to allow the wheel width at the rear to be adjusted very wide or very narrow. Hub can be on inside or outside of rim.

That will increase the footprint, increase stability and give you tire/implement clearance as well.

Thanks, I'll look but I don't think my 13.6-16 wheels have that ability like the 24" Ag wheels have. Though I will tell my buddy that has the same B8200 as I do but with the narrower Ag Tires. Here is a Pic so you can see what I dealing with.

Wheel spacers should be available from the dealer or a third party. One inch is a huge increase when things are close. More is great for increased side slop stability.

Decide if side slope stability is important to you before buying the spacers. The incrimental cost for extra width is small compared to the cost of spacers to begin with.

I had something similar happen at TBN recently. A spam type post appeared and I called it out as spam in a reply, and next time I looked I noticed I became the OP of the thread! Contacted the moderators and the thread was deleted...
