This gets brought up fairly often here, so I wanted to add a chart to help others in the future. OE batteries in Kubotas use a JIS (Japanese Industiral Standards) rating system. Here in the States/Canada we use BCI (Battery Counsil International) group system. Here is a chart to easily identify a proper replacement battery for your Kubota.
Note: other batteries may fit your application if you want to verify physical dimensions, post orientation, and cable length.

@RCW brought up his BX battery, so I did a little more digging. The above info should apply to most B-M series Kubotas. The BX lists a 524MF/22. Here is a chart for crossing part number to BCI group.
In the BX a 24R or 26R should work, but I can’t confirm. The 26R is just slightly physically smaller then a 24R.
