Metric 'grading' numbering system.
For the bolts, lookup at Kubota parts ?
Sounds like something 'inside' was busted and miniex never properly 'buttoned up' ??

goto kubota parts, search for kx141-2, chose 1st hit, S10100 picture is the 'swivel ring gear', 020 is the bolt, part number 0113861645 , package of 5.

Hello Homerkubota,

Perhaps this is your answer.

Grade 9 structural bolts, also known as grade 9 hex cap screws, are one the strongest structural bolts that can be used today. While the typical grade 8 bolt has a tensile strength of 150,000 PSI, a grade 9 bolt has a tensile strength of 180,000PSI

I have no idea what that might mean. Possibly a manufacturer's mark? Slew ring bolts are generally very high tensile strength -- up to structural grade 9 (which are rare, but exist). But since it's metric, possibly 10.9 (~grade 8) or even 12.9 (~ grade 9)?

They seem to be still available through Kubota (part# 01138-51645). Given the critical nature of this joint, perhaps you should stick with OEM.

that is the fastener's property class or just 'class' for short.

On metric fasteners they are classified as, in this instance, M16-1.50 x 45. That means metric 16mm dia thread (although it's usually slightly smaller then 16.0mm), 1.50 is the thread "pitch" (distance between each thread with metric system) and 45 will be your length, measured from under the head to the end of the threads.

so say you need a 16mm by 45 length with 1.50 thread. So you order a M16-1.50 x 45 and include the class if you need it to be a certain class (8.8, 10.9, etc)
