There is no instructions for the forward speed adjustment per say but if the reverse speed is faster than normal and the forward is slow I would think that the neutral position is out of position. It mentions that the pressure required to push the upper speed set lever (poor man's cruise control) forward should be in the 6.6 to 7.7 pound range. This is directly connected to the pedal.

Thanks , I actually just sold the tractor, I wanted to have it adjusted for the new owner , thanks man. I’m going to look at a 8200 tmrw. B6000-b7200-8200

When I bought my B7200 in 1985 I had a choice of a B7200 or a B8200 for the same price. I thought the profile of the tires on the B7200 would be easier on the lawn. I now wish I had gone for more power.
