Was recently adding a half quart of Hydro oil and noticed this bolt hole and maybe an absent bolt? Here is photo. The tractor has not been rained on since I have had it and for that bolt hole to be rusted, it must have been that way before I bought it a few months ago?

My B2650 has two empty holes in the same area. From your pic, it looks like the one on the right is used for spacers and a bolt to support the seat mounting plate. I do not have that. Somewhere there is a post about this (at least referencing the same thing on a B2650). If I find it, I will let you know.
