Looking for part name

Hi,

I'm starting to build a pair of clamp-on forks for my bucket and I'm looking for the bolt that has a flat pad at the end. Like the one on a C-clamp. What is the name of that? I wanna know where I can buy them but I first need to know what it's called.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Thanks, but that wouldn't work since I wouldn't be able to replace the screw. I need to be able to remove the pad so I can screw it back out.
