Has anyone got any dimensions they could offer with regard to Fabricating a Roll Bar (ROPS) for a B7100 HST
I've looked locally and can't seem to obtain one... and not likely to get one out of Kubota here in NZ

Thanks in advance

Don't have any dimensions (tractor lives 150 miles from here) but here is a scan of the ROPS, and a couple pics showing how it attaches.

Thanks Lil Foot... looks like the original is largely bent rather than welded... might be well beyond my capabilities... but will see If I can find something I can make fit

The scan I posted above is the current style ROPs, but I had forgotten that I had pics from a brochure of the original style ROPs. Maybe something similar would be easier to build.

I have a Grey Market ZL2202DT in Canada that I welded up my own, after doing some reading on ROPS I decided to mount it off the PTO housing that has six bolts to mount it to.Basically took a tape measure and guessed it all out, drew it on a sheet of plywood and welded it out of 2X2X3/16 ,overkill yes but when the material is free, makes for a cheap ROPS.

The stock ROPS like that has 4 or 6 bolts that go into the sides of the case too. ;)

My 1997 late model B7100HST has the B1060 Rops bar mounted'
These are the instructions that came with my manual that indicate the 6 bolts grade and size along with mounting instructions and small parts list.

Yep there are a whole lot of variations in the ROPS for the B's and the L's too, they just put more bolts in to the L's normally.

When making a ROPS stronger the better!
Besides it just adds ballast which these light tractors need!
