I’ve checked the battery and it’s good. I changed the main fuse by the starter and there is still no power to the dash. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

Often times in situations like this, the problem is battery cables being bad internally or the ground wire at the frame is dirty and not a good connection. Might check both ends of both battery cables, and be sure the ground is clean at the tractor frame.
yeah the ground on those things is poor, right from the factory. It comes off the battery and runs underneath it to the frame. Over time the battery gases (and liquids....) cause it to get rusted up and it won't ground anymore. I usually run a new ground cable on them, somewhere near the engine seems to work pretty good.
While you're checking cables remove the cables from the battery and clean the battery terminal as well as the connector. They can look good and still not carry a current. Any connection anywhere in the transmission of power becomes a suspect.
I gave the following advice to another forum member.

Measuring voltage can be misleading. A high resistance (poor) connection can allow enough current to flow to be able to measure voltage but as soon as the circuit has to deliver significant amps the poor connection breaks down.
Try and follow the Positive and Negative voltage drop tests in this attached document from DENSO.

These two tests will tell you almost all the time where your problem lies.

An easy way to check if it is a ground cable issue is to connect a booster cable between the negative battery post and a good ground position on the tractor. If it works then you now there is a ground problem.
