Value of used 3008 bush hog

I have a 15 year old Bushhog brand 8 foot heavy duty cutter with the semi mount. Good working condition. Does anybody have an idea of what this is worth? I am thinking of upgrading to a new and bigger unit.

A new one is $6,000

Depends on one, how rusty the deck is, if the gearbox is not leaking and how the blades and if the tailwheel is intact and operable, but mostly on appearance. If it looks like rusty crap ( or has rust through on the deck), it won't be worth much. I'd take a new one and take 1/3rd the new price and ask that.

Not much information to go on but I would guess somewhere between $1,500 and $2,000 if there are no issues and it looks decent.
