OK the more I move around ,the more I do and the better I feel, which is good to the point that with all the scar tissue in the belly bending over is realllllly hard. So I am wondering what kind of spray gun can I use to shoot latex pant on the garage? Like a HF gun I dont need anything good just one that will spray.

If you get something that has a screw on spray tip most brands have extensions that you can put between the tip and trigger. These extensions come in different lengths and some are bent or can be carefully bent. Allowing to spray tall walls, ceiling, or low down on a wall with out even needing to bend over or lean backwards.

This is just a example of a common one.

I rent an airless from the local paint store to shoot latex. You do not have to thin the paint and it will spray a wide pattern, about eighteen inches or so. Practice on something to get used to the trigger before moving on to the job.

X3 on an Air-Less, I bought one about 20 years ago and use it all the time. I've shot Latex Paint and stains as well as Enamel on a couple of storage containers.
I will say some times it takes longer to clean it up than the Paint job takes to get done.
