I have a B7610 that will not start. It has less than 200 hours on it. First the PTO was stuck in gear, got it into neutral. Just replaced my battery. Still will not start. I was hoping someone has seen this before. Wondering if it might be a glow plug or controller issue. The engine turns over, but will not start.

The only time my B7610 wont fire, is if a safety is open. But it wont crank. If yours is cranking and wont catch, make sure you have fuel at the injectors. I doubt it, but the fuel pump may be bad?

More clues might help solve your puzzle, like how long has it been setting unused, what service has it had and when, when was fuel last added to tank, is air and fuel filter new/clean, etc

Like MadMax31 said, You need to make sure fuel is getting to the injectors.
You need to crack the fittings and see if you get solid pulses of fuel with no air bubbles.
If you don't get fuel then it's probably got an issue with the fuel solenoid. ;)

OK. No fuel at the injectors. Makes me think fuel solenoid, but when I turn the key I can hear the fuel solenoid engaging.

Ok start at the tank and see where you have fuel flow by removing the fuel line where it is convenient

I know I have fuel at the fuel filter. Not much real estate between the filter and the solenoid. Looks like their might be a mechanical fuel pump between the two.

How much fuel should the mechanical fuel pump be pumping? There is flow, just not sure it is enough or enough pressure.

My 7610 won't start either. I was driving it around. Stopped, got some coffee and climbed back on it. I turned the key and all I heard was a click at the right side of the engine. I think it is the starter solenoid. The engine is completely dead. It won't even attempt to turn over. I checked the fuses and they are all good. Could it be the safety switches under the seats. Or could I need a new Starter? It did this before. At that time, I towed it to my garage and it started right up. Towing aint working this time. Crazy.

I would try battery connections, tighten and clean! Are the dash lights showing?
There is also a fuse down by the starter.
