You can google OBD codes. If it's a universal code it will be easy to find. If it's manufacture specific, it's more difficult. At one point, I was pretty sure that the codes starting in P were universal, but after a thread on a similar topic, I'm not so sure anymore.

Cam position sensor fault. Suspect wiring, connector corrosion, perhaps the sensor itself.

Yes they are universal OBD II codes but Kubota has a little different wording for them.
