I know exactly how you feel. Growing up I swore I would never even grow a garden much less have a farm.I sure know what you mean. After dragging my behind off a tractor after a 12-14 hour day growing up, I never thought I'd be happy to see one, but I sure do.
YUP! IMO, more specifically a loader... Same goes for a truck. Life without a truck is tough LOL!After I got mine, my wife said," how did we ever get by without a tractor".
Ha. Not just that - but as a kid your doing the stuff for someone else (Dad). As an adult your doing it for yourself.Yeah as a kid you dont want be be on the dayum thing cause theres to much important stuff to do,,
And when you get old you dont mind cause the stuff you gota do aint that important any more
Yeah, kinda. It came in handy again today...Scary how attached we get to an inanimate object eh???
Doc
Best feeling! ....I know I loved mine during the 30in blizzard...Couldn't have made it without it.Like a good friend waiting to help you! Damn, I love this tractor!
No doubt! Two winters ago we had so much snow my 30hp 4x4 Farmtac wouldn't drive through it! I had to back into the barn and take a run at it with the loader / bucket. Once I made a path I was able work.Best feeling! ....I know I loved mine during the 30in blizzard...Couldn't have made it without it.
Damn, that's one hell of a nice gift. What a lucky young man!A few of us were talking last week about mine and my wife said I could sell it for 3 times what I paid for it. I said "'excuse me, but that is going to be Colton's tractor" (my 3-1/2yr. old grandson). End of discussion . . .
