BX25 Quick Hitch on a BX23?

BX25 Quick Hitch/Attach on a BX23?

Just bought a used BX23 and I am trying to figure out what I want for forks. Was thinking about the Kubota Quick Hitch for the BX25 but not sure if it would work on my BX23 with a LA210-1 FEL. Anybody try it? I am tempted to order a cheap set of clamp-on forks for now and when I get something better I can use them for brush or resell them.

I use light duty clamp-on forks on a BX, mainly for pallets. If I was going to use them for much work near the loader limit, I would brace them to the bucket a little better. Maybe a turnbuckle to the top rear. The BX doesn't have enough lift to hurt the forks.

Usually a "quick hitch" is on the rear of the tractor, and a "quick attach" is on the loader.

Kubota web sight calls it a "Quick Hitch" but the dealer don't know for sure if it will work on the BX24. I think they are trying to talk me into a new tractor. I was hoping someone had tried it already. I guess I need to do some measuring. Eyeballing looks like it will work.

I picked up a set of light duty pallet forks from a local welder here for under $200. with shipping. they are heavier than anything my little BX can lift. I considered making a set, but it was about the same to just purchase them. and they fit over the Piranha tooth bar.

I'm not sure about the BX23, but the Kubota BX quick attach definitely fits a BX24 and works great. I've had no problems with mine.
