I got into a Facebook conversation the other day about actor, rapper and host of Americas got Talent. Nick Cannon as he dressed as a white guy for a new album he has released and people were all up in arms because a black dude colored his skin to look like a white dude. I personally thought it was funny as hell and Hollywood has done that sorta thing for years.

Think back to 1976 movie Silver Streak when Richard Pryor had Gene Wilder put on brown shoe polish to sneak him back onto a train. Fast forward to 2004 when Shawn and Marlon Wayons played to FBI agents and went undercover as snooty white girls to nab a criminal.

Engaging in conversation with a friend via Facebook, one of their friends chimed in and wanted to call me raciest because I thought both of those two Hollywood movies were hilarious and that I promoted racism because I WATCHED movies, What the hell?!?!?

Then you probably need to stay away from "Watermelon Man" starring Godfrey Cambridge.
