Yup, beaten to death but... a little different.

BX25D BH taken off in cooler weather, set on a Dolly. Had the locks in, the stabilizers cinched with a ratchet tie down. Was sure to bled off the pressure.
Went to re-install. Hydraulics not connecting.OK, I read the drill about tapping the center pin to relieve pressure.Instead, a light rap with a rubber mallet on the Power Beyond coupling and it popped in place, relieving all pressure and the snapped in. Great! :) Someone should make a coupling to snap on when the hose is removed to keep the pressure bled off....

So here is the real Q:
Got the BH raised to insert the lock pins on the side. The right side pin went in 75% of the way and hit resistance. It was a slight pain to get the right one out last spring. Light tapping with the rubber mallet got it in. No amount of boom movement made it 'loose'. The left side, slipped in no problem. I suspect something is out of alignment. I'm hoping loosening some bolts then re-tightening them is all I need to do and nothing is bent @NorthIdahoWolfman ..... With your uncanny ability to ID parts, can you suggest what bolts to do or what I should do to 'square it up?

Not much of any bolt action Adjustment can be done to align it.
Polish the pins, Polish the holes, use good grease on the pins.
Dry fit the pins in the mount without the BH in place and in the BH, if something doesn't line up or slip easily there, you might find it, and be able to help line it up.
I've seen quite a few of the BH pin holes that one of the tabs has gotten clipped and slightly bent, and that makes it really hard to align.
