Hello, My M6800 has been having bucket tilt issues this winter, the lift is okay and three point hitch is okay! The lever seems stuck from going to either side to operate the tilt. Eventually after some time it may break free but seems difficult to operate. All other hydraulics seems to run smooth. Appreciate any help to better understand what’s going on. I use a UDT compatible fluid. It has been bitter cold during these operating times. Thanks!

You need to look at the detent section of the loader valve.
It could have frozen water in it causing the issue.
Give me the loader model number and serial number if you can, and I'll point out the part to look at.

That what I was afraid of.
My new diagnosis is you have water in the cable assembly.
You'll need to get it opened up and check the cable operation.

So showing my rookie understanding of the operation, you’re saying these are cables that operate the hydraulic valves and not fluid. So removing them to inspect and remove the water will not require draining fluid but probably entail lots of tedious small hardware/mechanical features? Or is it fairly simple process? I do have the drawings for the valve but never have taken any of it apart. Thanks for your knowledgable assessment!

Yes no fluid involved:
You can do a non disassembly troubleshooting of the cables if you have a heat gun to be able to heat the cable and see if full function returns.
