Why is my L185DT leaking pto oil?

Leaking oil around the pto shift. Is it just the seal?

Make certain bearing is not permiting excessive side to side/ up-down shaft movement.

Parts diagram shows oil slinger. Make certain it is present

Is it really the end of the PTO shaft or at the actual shift lever ?
