Im looking for an electric or hydraulic chute rotator for my BX2750. After dealing with 6 feet of snow in three days I'd rather flip a switch than manually turn the handle. Hope someone has one of these laying around. Thanks

What kind of snowblower do you have on your tractor ?
I found one for mine by googling the brand name of the blower, along with shoot rotator. Cann,t hurt to give that a try.
Is it front or rear mount ? If rear mount, do you have ports on the rear of your tractor, if not, you may need extensions to get to the front hook-ups.

It's a kubota bx 2750 front mount snowblower
Check out the fabrication section there's a guy that just added one to his blower using an ATV electric winch that's slick as it gets and cost wise very
cheap to do. I'm thinking $100.00 or so would buy all the parts needed and
would be awfully expensive if you weren't handy enough or didn't have the tools etc to fab up a mount and had to have a welding shop build you one cause there's not to much to it really.

Eric -
I have an electric rotator in the box. Bought it with my BX2360, FEL, and BX2750D snowblower early last year, and never installed it. Just didn't like the looks of it.

If you look around on this forum, I was used to the hydraulic rotator on my JD 425's snowblower, but couldn't justify the $800 for the Kubota version. Thought I was going to swap one for the other, until I heard the price......

If you're interested, let me know by PM. I know they listed for around $350. I'm not going to give it away, but would be interested in a fair deal.

If you're up for a little fabrication, these surplus DC motors from an auto's electric window/seats can be used for an inexpensive electric chute rotator.

Here is one I put together for my brothers older BX tractor with exactly the same snowblower that you have. See post #9945 if the link doesn't take you exactly to that post. It worked like a charm. Maybe not as robust as the factory models above.....but the price was right for a "project".
