valve adjustment

I have a L3240 and need to adjust the valves, does anyone know what the clearance should be and should it be done hot or cold. Also should i buy a valve cover gasket or will the old one be ok to put back on. All help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Some valve cover gaskets are reusable, and others are not. If it isn't, the dealer will have them in inventory. If they are it will be and order item and not in stock usually.
