Many people posted to muse heat or a tie rod end removal tool. That's not how you do it.
The pin is a exact diameter and should not be distorted by heat or force. Simply put a 1/2 in drive impact with a 3/4 in socket or 19mm andloosen the lock nut and the tightening nut 1 turn. Then lock those nuts together so they wont tighten or come loose and then use impact to attempt to tighten the out nut. It will cause the pin to rotate in its bushing and spin. You might need a little penetrating oil. but the tapity tap tap from the impact will loosen. Then take it apart. I've changed over 50 of these, this way
