Replaced, clutch, flywheel polished, new starter, new flow valve, new hydraulic pump, fuel pump repaired, injectors replaced, wiring partially replaced, 3 hydraulic hoses, radiator pipes, all fluids and filters. In 3 months, the tractor worked 100 hours, but I kept quiet, since the tractor was not repaired by a Kubota dealer, but a truck repair shop. They did some work on my tractor, but I am still very pleased with the result, and the work done probably cost 5-5.5 thousand, this amount includes original spare parts. I think this is normal.

It’s a hefty tab at the shop but sounds like you got the work done that you wanted done.

They did a lot of work on it. Hopefully the tractor will last many more years.

Nothing is cheap anymore.

Sounds like you’re happy with the results, and that’s what matters. 😉

If one takes into account the normal shop rates charged these days, that doesn't sound unreasonable for the amout of repairs done along with the new parts.

And on a very nice tractor to boot!!

If every one is satisfied with the work done and cost, that's all one can ask.

I sold a set of vehicle tires to a young man two days ago. He is a mechanic working for semi truck shop in K.C. He told me shop rate is $265 an hour! Doesn't take long to ring up a good bill.
