Throttle lever

Throttle lever hard to move on my L3800. What might be the fix?

On my L, the throttle tightness was adjusted with a couple of jam nuts near the floorboard beneath the instrument cluster and steering wheel. IIRC you had to get a few things moved out of the way to get at it but then it was easy to adjust. Your tractor is probably similar.
