I run the Del Morino 62" flail on the MX6000 and the tractor handles it well but I have liquid ballast and wheel weights. The
Del Morino is supposedly 820lb and the cutting head when fully extended puts a lot of weight off to one side of the tractor. If the MechMaxx 60" flail is really 650lb I wonder how your Kioti will handle all of that weight being offset.
I hope you don't have any need for the warranty since it's just about worthless with these Chinese conglomerates like VEVOR, MechMaxx and others.
For anyone buying a cheap Chinese knock off, particularly the ditch bank models, I suggest you keep an eye on the bracket and welds where the cylinder for cutting head rotation attaches. There's a lot of force on that mounting point and it's just not engineered well. Compare the Del Morino bottom to the MechMaxx top.

Here's how Del Morino does it.
