Still v1505 problems

So I got my machine running for 5 minutes then it stopped on first cylinder, this has the shortest injection line, so took off all lines and the one cylinder pumps then doesn’t pump fuel and is pumping air, is this busy a bad o ring or is it new pump time, I’m at my wits end with this welding machine

Sounds like you need to have the injection pump rebuilt or replaced.

Is there any filters or pumps between the fuel tank and the injection pump that are limiting the fuel flow?

I took tank off and cleaned and put clear fuel lines on and new water separator and new fuel filters, I did notice that return line from injectors is loose at pump, I’m going to replace that today the inlet is by the injector on pump on the one that is pushing air, I don’t know if it’s going to make any difference or not
