I'm looking for sources for lighter weight 36" pallet forks for my BX. Last year I bought a 16" carrier with 42" forks. I wanted shorter forks, but the local suppliers only had 42". The 42" forks I have are 1 1/8" to 1 1/4" thick and the blades are about 3". I can find used 36" forks, but they all seem to be the heavier spec forks - 1 1/2" or 1 3/4" thick and 4" wide. Not sure if they are all that much heavier, but I thought I would try to find the lighter weight forks more suited for compact tractors.
