There is no news during the holiday season; everyone is on vacation and news channels play recorded old shows.
The affected states formed a consortium to investigate the drones. They claim that they will be able to get to the bottom of this issue without any assistance from the Federal government.
Just a distraction from the joke they added to the bill to keep government running. Lots of PORK for what will be the irrelevant party coming up in Jan. New sheriff in town
The Drones are obviously worthless, harmless, and defective….as they are hovering above/about New Jersey. “Nothing to see here” is apparently not in their programs.

Do you know what a CR is? It just says to continue on the prior year funding levels until an actual budget is passed. It will be interesting to see what happens with an actual budget (if they pass one) because members of Congress need to satisfy their own constituents at home, not necessarily the White House, regardless of political affiliation.

Once again government creates a problem, then "solves" the problem they created by screwing the public:

He picked up some takeout from Wawa, parked outside a nearby wildlife preserve and settled in to watch an episode of Joe Rogan’s podcast on his phone. Then he saw a flash in the side mirror. And so began what seems to be the origin story of the ongoing drone saga. The contractor called in his sighting to his superiors on Nov. 13, and others followed quickly, first throughout the county, then the rest of New Jersey, then into neighboring states.
