Hey guys, I shut my tractor down today while bushogging and it wouldn’t restart. Battery is good but starter wouldn’t engage. I suspect the PTO Saftey switch but not 100% sure. Does anyone know the part number for that switch?
And, anything else that could be the issue?
Thanks in advance.

You know Kubota has made millions of tractors and you want us to guess what yours is and what could be wrong with it?

You wanna give us some better information to work with?

Well I was hoping someone with the same tractor may have had to replace and knew the part number. This site is for gaining from others experiences isn’t it?

You never said what tractor you have. Someone here looked it up from your old posts. Not sure that still applies per your response.

We’re supposed to guess your tractor model and serial number?

How does that work when you go into an auto parts store for your daily driver vehicle?

First question from the guy at the counter is year, make and model….absent that you’re dead in the water. (year isn’t often much of a deal with tractors, but serial numbers can be).

We are all more than willing to help, but my tractor model and option guessing hat is at the cleaners.
In other words, you need to tell us the model of the tractor your having a problem with!

The point is that you don’t have your tractor model listed in your account details and did not put the tractor model number in the post. How are we supposed to know what tractor model you own?

Look under my name to the left to see that I own a L185F easily. I suggest you add information in a similar way.

Look at the top and touch the “L” that gets you going to the account details, then in a pop up window that shows touch your name then look over to the left and see “your account” and touch those words then add to “equipment” list

hmm, guessing it wasn't important as OP says 'forget it' .
No, pretty sure "we" as a group can over react... "millions of tractors" when really, it's hundreds of models. (maybe, he switch to decaf this morning, who knows... o_O )

Of course, he didn't give us much to go on. Information about the no start issues are a common problem that "we" could have listed things to check for that could have helped him (and future other people reading this thread). I'm still not sure if that model does not have a seat safety switch, I thought in 2001 they all had them...
