Safety Switch (transmission?)

I have a 2008(?) B7500 HST. For my own info, can someone identify which safety switch this is? It’s under the tractor on the right side.

I need help how to remove it. I have replaced other safety switches so I know there a 2 flat bolts that hold it in place but I can’ t get any tool in there to loosen the bolt on the accordian side of the switch.

the closeup pic shows the switch and the larger pic shows you the area in which I am trying to work.

I I think if you remove bolt #160 in 1st picture , life will be a LOT easier ??

Thanks J. I removed the tire and I was able to access the safety switch. I changed it with a new switch and I still can’t get it started.
