First Kubota product, a nice little excavator with an engine problem. How else should one start with a Kubota.
I have been trying to find manuals for the machine and engine, mainly the engine as it needs a rebuild. I have found the U35S and R420 and KX91-3 seem to use the same series engine, but have different suffixes. Mine is a D1503-KA and the other machines have various suffixes including LA, AE, M-E2BH-2.
Could someone please explain what the suffixes mean, and are there any significant differences in internal engine specs? We need rings and rod bearings. A parts and service manual would be great...but have been searching for 3 days with no luck.
Any info on the machine, engine or engine suffixes would be greatly appreciated.
