1998 kubota b 2100 starts but dies after about 10 or 20 minutes or just barely runs, let it set for a couple minutes and it starts up. changed all fluids and filters , start switch, fuel pump, and fuses. ran good for a month or two, now this.

Sounds like a fuel clog problem to me. Have you changed the filter or tried to see how much fuel is getting out of the filter when it stops running?

a month or so ago i changed all filters and fluids, fuel seems to flow good, could it be fuel shut off? and new fuel pump.

Don't guess on fuel flow, make sure.
Remove the fuel line from the side of the injection pump route that to a container.
Crank it, you should get good pulses of fuel.
If your not getting pulses you need to check if your getting good flow to the lift pump.

To give you better answers I need 2 things, is it a HST or DT, and what is the serial number because they changed the fuel system drastically in the middle of production.

Easiest thing to try first when it does it again is to loosen the fuel tank cap. Sometimes a bit a of a vacuum develops in the tank when some fuel has been withdrawn from running and the cap vent isn't working as it should. See post #4

I doubt that the fuel shut off would let it run ten minutes and then shut it down. It is possible of course but not a high likelihood.

If you disabled the fuel shut off and it continues to run that could prove it or not. But be sure you know how to shut it off if you disable the shut off.
